- Always thankful for the personal care and friendliness of all the staff. We appreciate the call before due to the high prices and realize the majority of that issue is out of the company’s control due to shortage but staff is absolutely … More some of the very best!
- I have been using Towne & Country for about 10 years. Always great service and timely.

- Whenever I have needed assistance, they have always been there. They give you perks for doing lawn signs, and additional incentives for customer appreciation. We try to tag on to our neighbors delivery because they come such a distance … More for us!
- The office staff are very friendly and so easy to work with. When I call in a fuel delivery they come the next day and depending on what time I call I even received same day delivery. Response time is amazing!!
- Competitive prices. Great customer service. Always friendly. Prompt service when needed.
- I have always had friendly, courteous and helpful service when I call in to order and from the drivers when they deliver. Highly recommended, been with them for years!

- Called with a nonemergency refill, during really bad weather for my generator. Told the person that I was sure they were swamped and I had enough propane for rest of the week at their convenience. They delivered next day! Nice people, promt … More response and took care of me. Highly recommend.
- Great people to work with
- We have been with Town & Country for many years after they helped us in a desperate time of need when no one else would. You will not find a nicer, more knowledgeable, or more professional team anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone … More I know and would keep their yard sign in my yard 24/7/365 for nothing in return due to their trustworthy and wonderful service!
- Mark did an excellent job with everything. Very polite, very friendly and very professional.
- Town & Country Fuel is the most professional and courteous group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. When we moved to Holtwood from Austin, Texas about 9 years ago, we started using another local fuel company. … More They did not care about our business by delaying deliveries, lying about delivery times and overcharging for the fuel they did deliver. Customer service was worthless as well. So we made the change to T & C. I highly recommend these folks!
